Was Pope Pius XII Pious?

Only if you ignore what he did, Vatican says.
Hitler’s pope is one step closer to sainthood. In December 2009, Pope Benedict xvi issued a decree proclaiming the “heroic virtues” of the 20th century’s most controversial pope. Prior to World War ii, the cardinal who later became Pope Pius xii successfully negotiated the Reich Concordat with Adolf Hitler in 1933, which effectively removed all political opposition to the growing Nazi movement in Germany.
During the war, Pius turned a blind eye to Hitler’s barbarous campaign to exterminate Jews. In October 1943, Hitler’s SS troops entered Rome’s old ghetto and rounded up more than a thousand Italian Jews to be transported to death camps. Before their deportation, these Jews were held captive for two days in a building located less than half a mile from the Vatican. Pope Pius was one of the first to be made aware of the Jewish arrests. Yet he did nothing to prevent them from boarding cattle cars bound for Auschwitz.
Even after the war was over, Pius intervened personally to help Nazi criminals go “underground” in order to escape punishment.
Today, Pope Benedict has placed Pius on the fast track to sainthood. By issuing a decree on his virtues, Benedict moved him closer to beatification, which is the first major step toward sainthood. But this should not in any way be seen as a “hostile act” toward Jews, said Vatican spokesman Federico Lombardi a few days after the pope’s move.
The Jews, of course, disagree, especially since the decree was made several weeks before the pontiff visited Rome’s synagogue. Jewish organizations and historians have led an effort over recent years to stop the beatification process—to no avail. Benedict’s decision to recognize Pius’s “heroic virtues” sparked an outcry from Jewish groups, some of whom pointed out that the Vatican still has not opened up to the public its archives from the time of Pius’s pontificate. “I can’t understand the rush [to beatify Pius],” said Abraham Foxman, a Holocaust survivor and the Anti-Defamation League’s national director, “especially while there are still survivors who are alive who feel the issue very, very deeply and are being told the files need time to be processed. What’s the imperative?”
Incredibly, the Vatican doesn’t see how the historical record matters much when it comes to Pius’s qualifications for sainthood. Lombardi believes Pius should be evaluated by his Christian life and “his intense relationship with God and continuous search for evangelical perfection”—not “the historical impact of all his operative decisions” (Vatican Information Service, Dec. 23, 2009).
The Vatican, Lombardi seems to be arguing, is quite all right with whitewashing the dubious acts of its most celebrated popes. He offered this quote from Pope John Paul ii as further support for Pius: “[T]he church does not celebrate the specific historical decisions he may have made, but rather points to him as someone to be imitated and venerated because of his virtues, in praise of the divine grace which shines resplendently in them.”
Never mind what he actually did—just know that he was virtuous.
True religion is how you live, Moses added. “For he [God] is your life,” it says in Deuteronomy 30:20.
Yes, indeed. Think on these heroic virtues. But that’s not all. True religion can’t stop there. Verse 9 completes the thought: “Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do.”
Think on them—and do them! That’s the hallmark of a true Christian.
Pope Pius xii’s virtues, or lack thereof, can hardly be determined by words alone—not if we take the Bible at its word.

The Book of the Names
The Book of Exodus is known in Hebrew as the book of Shemot, literally, the book of names, taken from the book's opening verse, "And these are the names (shemot) of the sons of Israel who came to Egypt; with Yaakov, each man and his household came." (Exodus 1:1) But the book of Shemot is not just the book of the names of the sons of Israel. It is also the book of the names of G-d , as made evident by the opening verses of this week's Torah reading, Va'era: " G-d spoke to Moses, and He said to him, "I am Hashem. I appeared to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Yaakov with [the name] Almighty G-d , but [with] My name Hashem, I did not become known to them." (ibid 6:2-3)
Now there is only one G-d , and one G-d only, but we know G-d by many names. For each name expresses a different understanding of how G-d manifests His presence in our lives and leads us in this world. When G-d introduces Himself to Moshe, employing different names, names that He never before made known, He is articulating a new relationship between Himself and the children of Israel.
Up until now, G-d had related to the patriarchs in the guise of Almighty G-d . That is, as our sages teach, the G-d of creation Who visits the righteous through the medium of His created world, and Whose Torah respects the boundaries of His created world.
But now G-d introduces Himself to Moshe, saying, "I am Hashem" and He does so to prepare Moshe for what is about to transpire. For, if up until now, G-d has played by His own rules, as it were, now, through His previously unrevealed name of Hashem, He is going to deliver the Israelites from Egyptian bondage and fulfill His promise to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Yaakov, with abounding, limitless love.
This endless love of Hashem for His people will overcome His own time-honored restrictions on nature, in the form of the ten plagues, the splitting of the sea, and the revelation at Sinai. This endless love of Hashem for His people will, (making use of another aspect of His will, as designated by yet another name of G-d , Elokim, who defines our reality through harshness or judgment), strike down Pharaoh and his nation. This endless love of Hashem for His people will guide the children of Israel into the land of Israel, and this endless love of Hashem for His people will shape history throughout the millennia, reaping havoc on those who would oppress Israel, and bless those who would bless Israel. This endless love of Hashem for His people is the Divine light that shines forth from Zion, the light of the Holy Temple, the light of the coming redemption.
And this brings us back to the first names mention in the book of Names - Shemot, the seventy names of Yaakov and his children. These seventy souls soon multiplied and became 600,000, and each and every one of these souls stood at Mount Sinai and there received Torah. And so it is that every soul that clings to the G-d of Israel today is a descendent of these same souls that stood at Sinai. From this we can gather two things: Our names and our souls are also mentioned in the book of Names (Exodus), and the different names of G-d that He revealed to Moshe, He reveals to each of us each and every day. It is incumbent upon us to see ourselves and discover our own names in the book of Exodus. And it is incumbent upon us to see G-d's wonders and discover His boundless love for us today.
Concerning the patriarchs, we are told: The deeds of the patriarchs are a sign to the children. That is, we are to see in the lives of Avraham, Yitzchak and Yaakov, lessons that we can apply to our lives today, and learn from. But concerning the children of Israel who are first introduced to us in the book of Exodus, this teaching is not applicable. And that is simply because we are the children of Israel, and the signs and wonders that G-d is preparing Moshe for, those miraculous manifestations of His love for Israel, these are the signs and wonders that today, and every day, are evidence of G-d's limitless love for us.

THE ROAD TO HAPPINESS, WHERE DO WE FIIND IT'

You know we live in very trying times. Our cities are awash with violence and crime. Many people cannot find meaningful work. Children are dying of disease and starvation. There are wars in many lands. In Iraq, where "the war is over" soldiers are still dying every day and talk now is to increase the number of troops to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Surely, this is not the life that our CREATOR wants us to have!
Did you know that ETERNAL our SOVEREIGN CREATOR tells us of 'the road to happiness' that will lead us to tranquillity? Compare that with the life you lead today! In addition, did you know that each time ETERNAL sends a ‘Watchman’ to point out this road to happiness, that most people reject it saying, "We will not!" Notice, from the Tanakh:
Jeremiah 6:16-18 (Tanakh). Thus said ETERNAL: Stand by the roads and consider, inquire about ancient paths: Which is the road to happiness? Travel it and find tranquillity for yourselves. But they said, "We will not." And I raised Watchmen for you: "Hearken to the sound of the horn!" However, they said, "We will not."
...6:19-21. Hear well, O nations and know, O community what is in store for them. Hear O earth! I am going to bring disaster upon this people, the outcome of their own schemes; for they would not hearken to My words and they rejected My instruction. What need have I of frankincense that comes from Sheba or fragrant cane that comes from a distant land? * Your burnt offerings are not acceptable and your sacrifices** are not pleasing to Me. Assuredly, thus said ETERNAL; I shall put before this people stumbling blocks over which they shall stumble--fathers and children alike, neighbor and friend shall perish.
*These items are used in false worship services.
**There is one false sacrifice that nearly the whole world kowtows to.
What is the ancient path that ETERNAL calls on us to consider, look upon, and travel? It is the same path that the Patriarchs, our fathers, took. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, and Moses all took the ancient path of obedience to ETERNAL; that enabled them to find tranquility.^ Not that every day in their lives, was tranquil; but they lived in obedience and were blessed overwhelming by ETERNAL. If this is not your current life experience, you have not yet put your feet upon the ancient path that will lead you to happiness.
^If you check in your Scriptures, Genesis 26:5 you will see that Abraham was obedient to ETERNAL some 435 years before the Ten Commandments were finally written on stone.
ETERNAL explains that people and nations that reject the ancient path will experience disasters brought about by their own schemes and plans, which contradict the will of ETERNAL. This is a simple choice: do it ETERNAL’s way and find happiness and tranquillity, or choose some way of your own and experience disasters.
All around us we can see stumbling blocks that keep us off the ancient path, just as ETERNAL promised! Any other religion that keeps you off the ancient path of obedience only to ETERNAL is a stumbling block--it will cause you to perish.^^ Anything that keeps you from keeping the Sabbath is a stumbling block. If you make anything more important than the clear instructions of the CREATOR of the Universe you will perish.
^^This includes all the well known names such as "buddhism," "christianity," islam, judaism, and so on.
Why not, this very day, choose to walk the ancient path of obedience to ETERNAL and achieve happiness and tranquillity? The alternative is a series of disasters and stumbling blocks.

That is a good question. Why not choose to follow the ancient path of obedience today? Well one reason is that the world is full of paths, so which is the ancient one? Another reason is that modern religiosity has paved them all, so that they all look alike. In addition, modern religiosity has switched all of the way-markers and substituted names of confusion on the ancient path. But not to worry, you can still find it, we will help you. The key is, to Quest for the Ancient of Days and that Quest will lead you to the ancient path called the 'Road to Happiness.'

SIMILITUDES INCREIBLES ENTRE EL
MITRAISMO Y EL CRISTIANISMO

El paganismo Mitráico tiene las siguientes similitudes con respecto al Cristianismo de ayer y de hoy. Veámoslas:
1) Mitras nació un 25 de Diciembre. Es así cómo ellos celebran el nacimiento de Mitras al igual que hacen los que adoran al hombre de Galilea.
2) Su nacimiento fue atestiguado tanto por pastores como de Magos, quienes le ofrendaron sendos regalos en la cueva sagrada donde nació.
3) Fue considerado un gran maestro como un gran viajero.
4) Tuvo doce compañeros o “discípulos”. Dentro del Mitraísmo a ellos se les representa con los doce signos astrológicos que el mundo de ayer y hoy consultan.
5) Hizo milagros, al igual que el hombre de Galilea.
6) Fue enterrado en una tumba.
7) Transcurridos “tres” días después de su muerte resucita (por supuesto, sin testigo alguno) .
8) Su resurrección se celebraba todos los años.
9) Se le conoció con el seudónimo de “Buen Pastor”, al igual que el hombre d Galilea.
10) También fue considerado como “El Camino”, “La verdad y la Luz”, el “Redentor”,el “Salvador” y el “Mesías”, entre otras cosas.
11) Se le identificó también como “León” y “Cordero”.
12) Su día “sagrado” fue el “Domingo” – cientos de años antes que existiera el “Hombre de Galilea”-.
13) Su principal fiesta se conoce como “Pascua”, tiempo en el cual él “resucitó”.
14) Su religión también tuvo una “Eucaristía” o “Cena del Señor”.
15) Sus “Milagros” efectuados consistieron en “Resucitar a los muertos”, “Sanar a los enfermos”, “Dar visión a los ciegos”, “Hacer caminar a los cojos”, “Sacar demonios de las personas “poseídas””.
16) Al igual que Pedro, portaba las ”llaves del cielo”.
17) Su triunfo para con la muerte, y su ascenso a “los cielos” se celebraba en el Equinoxio de Primavera, cuando el sol continúa hacia su apogeo.
Dentro de toda Babilonia -y entre los Romanos- Mitras vino a ser el “dios de la luz”, “el dios mediador entre dios y el hombre”.
Para sus adoradores él fue:
a) El creador de la vida.
b) Mediador entre el hombre y los dioses superiores.
c) El que todo lo ve.
d) Guardián de los Pactos y
e) Protector de los justos de éste mundo, y el otro.
En el año 307 AD, Constantino el Grande, el emperador de turno, designó a Mitras como el “Protector del Imperio”. Y son tan ciertas las similitudes, entre el Mitraísmo y el Cristianismo, que el mismo San Agustín, uno de los “padres” de la Iglesia declaró, sin ambages, que los “sacerdotes de Mitras adoraban la misma deidad que él”. Inaudito, pero ciérto¡
Antes que Mitras retornara a los cielos, celebró una “última cena” con sus doce discípulos y para conmemorar tal acontecimiento ellos “partieron pan” al igual que el hombre de Galilea.
Esta acción es una de los siete “sacramentos” Mitráicos. ¿Alguna similitud con los siete sacramentos que se practican dentro del Cristianismo?
Para terminar, no está por demás decir que Paula de Tarso, el Edomita, conocido también como Saulo, fue quien tomó la iniciativa de incorporar dogmas procedentes del Mitraísmo a las prácticas Cristianas - que aún perviven- como el ejemplo que podemos leer en 1 Corintios 10:4 donde se hacen referencias a las esculturas Mitráicas.
También se hacen referencias que corresponden al Talmud Mitráico, inspirado por Hillel, además de malas y erradas referencias con respecto a las Escrituras Hebreas.
Por último, debemos recordar y no olvidar nunca que Esaú, el hermano mayor de Jacob, se le conoció con el nombre de Edom. Él siempre fue un acervo enemigo de su hermano Jacob –a quien también se le designó el nombre de ISRAEL- por aquello de haber perdido la Primogenitura por un plato de lentejas. De Jacob procedieron las 12 Tribus de que nos hablan las Sagradas escrituras Hebreas.

The Christian editions reverse the real order of the prophet writings, so that the word´s blessing of Malachi 4:5-6 (in Hebrew 3:23-24),concerning Elijah, become transitional to the N.T. and connect it with the role of John the Baptist

The reason that the true prophecies of Israel´s Mashiach are not used in reference to Jesus is that the N.T. was never written about the Mashiach of Israel, the real one. It was written about the “God Saviour” of the Babylonian.

The writers of the N.T. ,inspired by Satan, had to look for excuses in out-of-context verses to may deceive the latter day Tribes of Israel in their continued baal worshiping !

The Jesus´s life and their stories are meaningless if there is no advent of the Ha-Mashiach of Israel, like in reality must and will be.

One thing is for real: there is but one Creator of the universes of the cosmos!

The Mashiach of Israel –Israel&Juda- was and is, by no means, one and the same as the Creato.

The end-time Houses of Israel and Judah are separate UNTIL the coming of the Ha-Mashiach.This one is a point that most Christian ministers and lay men are totally ignorant of. In fact, they do not want understand it because necessarily opens the door to the truth they do not want accept: that the real Ha-Mashiach is the Ha-Mashiach of Israel! That is the reason they insist that the reunification of Israel with Judah took place in the days of Ezra and Nehemiah. This will be a reality in the prophetic “Last Days”

When those days come and the Mashiach being a reality, then Israel and Judah shall be one nation and restored to their inheritance!

The Holy Scriptures of Israel and for Israel , says us that He is One and not a plural divinity!

The Christian Gnostic Church was indeed the true Christian Church where many of their “fathers” wrote the early “gospels”, teaching a different story inspired by Lucifer!

The Holy One of Israel brings His people the sure writings we can have for sure and that they are the genuine one: the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings! That is the reason that we can read in 2 Kings 5:15 these words: “Now I know that there is no Eternal Creator in the whole world except in Israel”!

The most important thing for us is the revealed Word of Eternal ¡ So we must read them with our mind rather than merely with our eyes!

Hindus, like the Christians, speak of “tolerance” and “non violence” but they violate those teachings. The factor that triggers the violence is the rejection. It is a centripetal force because attracts and gathers many separate parts into one whole. Eternal is the ONE Creator Who insist on remain separate, on being exclusive, the Only One Creator, One Who refuses to become a plural divinity!

The writings of Paul do not dwell on the Law and the less in the Holy Scriptures! They all are false and spurious: the handy work of a man!

The Most High Sovereign, the Mighty One and Powerful One is ONLY the Eternal Creator: YHWH!

The Phalic representation of the steeples and the Crosses are by no means signs that comes from paganism.

One of the principles we can learn of the Holy Scriptures is that our Creator, unlike the pagan deities, does not lives in wood or stone. This mean that as Creator does not dwell in the created and less in a human being. Remember 1 Kings 8:27

Some ,not to say all, churches and their ministers teach an amount of truths but, a little truth mixed with errors -damnable errors- still spells disasters.

In numerous prophecies of the Old Testament Eternal warns us that we have left the conviction (faith) of our fathers. He exhorts us return to Him, to His word, through the books of the His prophets.

In the END TIME, Eternal will lays a foundation in Jerusalem that shall smite the lies of Baalism and that foundation shall nullify the agreement Israel has made with death and grave. That “foundation” shall be the true faith or conviction in our fathers: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

The gentiles and pagans must adquire their salvation through the restored twelve Tribes of Israel, directly from the Creator of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

We should understand that the Saviour of Israel -the same Saviour of all the human kind- the ONE who forgives their sins, will not “lose” the 10 Tribes of Israel! They are not gone! They are alive in these instants! Eternal knows where they are and He is going to restore them as His word says…….in the LAST DAYS!

A fundamental theology of the Old Testament is the fact that Eternal Creator (YHWH) is not dealing with the whole world! That is because His truths were revealed only to the children of Israel and would be through this people that salvation would comes a reality to the rest of nations. And it is ridiculous think that Eternal would go against His word, robs the Israelites, give everything over the gentiles, when He says that He does not change.
